Teacher of the Term Summer 2017

Is your teacher, our teacher of the Term!!

Is your Puddle Ducks teacher our teacher of the term?
Do you love your teacher? Do they go out of their way to make your lessons extra special? Have they supported you through a tough time in the water? If you can answer YES to any of these questions then please nominate your teacher for 'teacher of the term, Summer 2017' by telling us in no more than 150 words why you think they deserve this title.
This is a local competition and our local winner will be announced then submitted into a national final! An independent judge will choose the winner.

Please complete the form below to submit your nomination by 3rd July 2017, and the winner will be announced on the 10th July.
